I have previously worked at several of Norway’s leading law firms within M&A. I have also served in the transactions and corporate department of the Norwegian branch of one of the world’s largest audit firms. In addition, I have hands-on experience from working with and investing in early-stage companies, startups, and entrepreneurial ventures. Altogether, I have spent two decades working with M&A, corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, and data protection.

Over the years, I have been involved in stock exchange listings, capital raisings, restructuring assignments, and—above all—transactions of all sizes and levels of complexity, across a wide range of industries. I have also advised on various financing-related matters, such as the establishment and termination of bond loans and syndicated lending structures.

In short, I have worked with virtually every aspect of business law and the needs of stakeholders throughout a company’s lifecycle—from incorporation to exit.

I provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate law matters, both large and small, that arise in the day-to-day running of a business. This advice is typically delivered directly to companies, boards of directors, CEOs, and other key executives—both in Norwegian businesses and foreign companies operating in the Norwegian market.

I also assist business owners, shareholders, investors, board members, accountants, and auditors on corporate law issues.

In addition, I draft a broad range of commercial contracts, as well as investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements. The complexity of these contracts is adapted to the needs and values at stake.

I regularly advise on questions related to intellectual property rights and licensing, as well as data protection and GDPR compliance.

The larger projects and processes often arise when companies enter new growth phases—such as scaling and capital raising, becoming acquisition targets or merger candidates, or growing through strategic acquisitions.

By being closely involved in the day-to-day operations—or by being brought in early in the process—I am able to contribute more effectively to helping my clients reach their goals, make the journey smoother, and free up their capacity to focus on core business activities.
