I have previously worked at one of Norway’s leading M&A boutique law firms and headed the M&A and corporate department of the Norwegian branch of one of the world’s largest professional services firms. A central part of my work has been leading and participating in transactions of all sizes and values. I have a strong ability to identify what is needed to keep a process on track and prevent it from stalling or derailing.
I also have solid experience in matters with a dispute resolution dimension and am mindful of the issues that may give rise to disagreements—both during negotiations and after a transaction has been completed. I take a proactive approach to managing these risks.
